Sample Making

1) All cost for real sample making are free after order confirmation.

1a) Before order confirmation, we may ask for real sample charge.
Mostly, all paid sample charge will be return after order confirmation.

*Remark: Some orders we can't submit real sample that depending on the situation.

　

2) When customer confirmed order. Our engineer will submit artwork for approve.
　

Artwork Requirement

Customer have to require to submit imprint data as below:

A) Make a large with high resolution in clear & high quality image to us.

B) Files must be saved in AI, PSD, TIFF, JPG, BMP or GIF format.

C) Due to some mail servers file size limited. E-mail file size better below 1 Mega Byte.

D) If you are specify a special font, you must include the font file send to us.

E) If you are specify a Pen Barrel & Imprint Color, you must include the Pantone Color Number to us.

* Images that come to us at poor quality or low resolutions. The Imprint/Engrave result may worse than   image that you submitted.

* Some tiny characters may can't Imprint/Engrave exactly!

* Actual Barrel & Imprint Color may somewhat different than specify Pantone Color. Due to chemical material & technical problem.


3) Upon the artwork confirmed from customer. In most case, we will produce real sample for customer approve. It may take 2-3 weeks that depending on which model you are.

4) Sample is local delivery only. All post charge is preferred paid by customer.

5) You could also have us modify the sample if you found the sample is not match confirmed artwork.    Otherwise, customer may require pay for extra charge.

6) After customer sample approval. The lead time will be around 3-8 weeks, that depending on which model and order quantity.

　

Delivery

1) Direct Delivery: We could provide China, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Most Country.

2) Local Delivery: Commercial & Selected Area.

3) China delivery: Selected Area.

4) Oversea Shipment: CIF or FOB either Hong Kong or China.
